BALLOON FAQ

Disclaimer: I cannot guarantee your balloons after I finish the installation. The sun, sticks, nails, kids, heat, and millions of other things can make a balloon pop or lose its shape. Balloons are best when they are out of direct sunlight. Balloons installed outside will oxidize causing the color and shine to change.  Fête Icons cannot be held responsible for balloons that are popped or poked. If I damage the balloons, I will replace them or refund you if I'm not able to replace them.

 

Deposits are required to secure your event and cannot be refunded. If your event is cancelled, the materials will be held and can be used on another date that works for both of us.

 

Installation takes between 1-4 hours depending on size. I will need access to electricity to pump additional balloons on site. If you arrive late to the location or if the install begins after our agreed upon time, your order will be cancelled and you will not be refunded. 

 

Delivery: The delivery fee is not included in the balloon cost and is based on the size of the install and your location. This fee starts are $50
